Very nice cool climate Chardonnay. Lean fruit, no oak but complex. Brilliant yellow in colour, good fruit volume on the nose, fresh, clean and dry on the palate with lots of flavour. If you have been put off Chardonnay sample this one and find out what a rewarding drink Chardonnay can be.

Food Matching...
A good afternoon aperitif but with enough fruit volume and weight to go happily with most light foods. Any seafood, grilled chicken or even a green curry.
Cellaring Potential:
Will cellar well but don't. Consume it while it is zesty and youthful.
