Intense and powerful varietal Cabernet. Cool climate spicy herbal characters upfront, lots of fruits underlying and finished off with a very attractive and interesting textured palate. This wine demonstrates the huge potential offered by the maritime climate of Kangaroo Island. A very worthwhile wine. Try it for enjoyment and interest.

Spicy mint, mulberry, plums, strawberry and green bean.

Palate.
Very good texture, firm with plenty of fruit and fine grained tannins over a nice dry finish. Plenty of length on the mouth feel and flavour.

Barbecue roasted beef with horseradish, roasted jacket potatoes, roasted beans and a couscous salad.
