Appearance.
Very pale green with many highlights. It positively glints!
Primary & Secondary Fruit Characters.
Fresh, mineral and lemon tending to limes with a touch of snow pea. Hints of sherbert, pineapple, passion fruit, fresh honey and mandarin.
Palate.
The aromas translate well onto the palate, in particular limes and also gooseberries. Very nice balance, tight and minerally without excessive acidity. Simply delicious.
Food Matching...
Seafood, have some with freshly shucked oysters this summer.
Cellaring Potential...
This wine will age well up to seven years and beyond (if you are so inclined). In our opinion this wine is best consumed young!
