This exceptional Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes with the highest recommendation available. Produced on South Australia's Limestone Coast this is a medium style oil made from the variety Picual. Displaying balanced spiciness and bitterness with a fruity clean finish, this is a wonderful Olive Oil. Picual is widely planted in Spain where it is vigorous and early ripening. The cooler conditions found on our Limestone Coast are clearly well suited to producing quality oils from this variety.
